I’ve been doing Shakeology
for about a month now and love it. It’s a meal replacement that actually works and tastes good!
At first I was blending it with coconut milk, water and ice…but then found the master recipe that I have used for the last two weeks and I’m still in love!
|I have these ingredients at home and at the office; coconut milk and sherbet!!
Yes, the sherbet does add some calories…but it tastes so good! The shake is packed with loads of vitamins and nutrition from super foods and now tastes like it came from Smoothie King.
As you can see, I have no problem finishing my Shakeology. 😉

Since I’m about a month away from my marathon training, I pondered doing some Insanity
on a daily basis to kick my butt into gear and be prepared for the miles I’m about to face. Insanity is set to be a 60 day program…
well I wanted to crush it into 30 days.
Luckily, another Beachbody Coach created the schedule below:
So far I’ve completed the first 3 sessions…tonight’s workout of Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs kicked my butt…so we’ll see how it goes!

I WILL BE RUNNING A MARATHON BEFORE I TURN 28!! ACK!!
As I mentioned before, I have a crazy goal of becoming a
They have specific requirements in order to become a Marathon Maniac…
to become the lowest level of Maniac, you need to complete 2 marathons in 16 days or complete 3 marathons in 90 days.
So! I will start with the Space Coast Marathon
at the end of November (did the half last year and would highly recommend this race!)…which will enable me to complete a marathon before I turn 28 by a whopping 4 days. After that, Jacksonville Bank Marathon…then Disney!
It’s a lofty goal…but I’m going for it! And I’m already a Half Fanatic
…I completed 10 half marathons in 6 months this past running season!
