too. So two shakes and one meal of protein and veggies a day, for three days — easy stuff.

I love you. Best $40 spent. They really make a difference after any type of cardio activity. I posted the question myself…when is it best to wear them? Best answer=after a tough workout. However, I’ve worn them to bed (haha) and my legs felt great in the morning. I’ve also worn them on days that I’ve done 2-3 workouts; wearing them during workout #2 or #3 really made a difference in how I felt the following day.
