Anastasia is currently at The Straz, and you do not want to miss it! The costumes are extravagant, the set is visually mesmerizing, the stage is oozing with talent – needless to say, I loved it. Anastasia was a beautiful reminder to remember where you came from and not to turn away from a little adventure! You can catch the show now, until Sunday, May 12th – find your tickets here.
We all know that I don’t spoil the show – with all of the amazing shows arriving to The Straz, here are a few words of advice to consider before your next show at The Straz:
arrive early. If you know me, you know I’m not the best at arriving on time – but arriving early for a show is a must! Plan to get to The Straz early to make parking easier, plus, it will give you time to enjoy all The Straz has to offer.
grab a bite. Sounds silly, but I plan my food on days that I get to visit The Straz. I either eat a later lunch, grab a bite on the go, or there are a couple of options at The Straz to grab a bite. Typically, it is late once your show is over, and you don’t want your stomach growling.
the Riverwalk. Take time to enjoy the Riverwalk. There are places to eat, spots to grab a drink, or simply sit & enjoy the view.
do your research. I could not suggest this one more… Do a little research on the show you’re about to see prior to. Maybe don’t read every detail, but it is helpful to have a basic idea of the storyline. And I will attest, there have been a few shows where I wish I knew more of the storyline before finding my seat.
