In true, Caitlyn-fashion, my 2016 goals are being *slightly* rewritten, I am taking a step back, studying the BIG picture, and re-evaulating the goods, the bads, the accomplishments thus far & the I want to kick ass so hard to make that happens.
If you follow me on social media, you may have notices that getting my health, fitness, and physical drive has not been, well, kinda there, kinda not, I need to work on it. One thing that is a must is to increase my veggie intake. I am still getting into the swing of always having veggies on hand, taking the time to make the smoothie-goodness, and critiquing my recipe so that I actually want my smoothie!
Now don’t worry, I am getting there… but for the days that my planning doesn’t happen, I can fall back on Smoothie King and their new veggie-blend smoothies.

i don’t have to worry about having a fancy blender. Now yes, it would be nice to have one, but I am currently using my roommates’. She is a dear for letting me use it, but let’s be real, I feel a little guilty for jamming all my kale in it *almost* everyday.
i’m busy. you’re busy. now, are those veggies still ripe? This is always my biggest problem. I am in the right mindset, do my shopping, get my veggies, use a couple… but do I use them all before they go bad? No. Do I forget to use them? Not really. But life happens, dinners with friends happen, blogger events arise; we’ve all done it!
if i didn’t plan, Smootie King is around the corner for me. Plus, they make them easier & faster than always doing it at home. And if you work the 8 to 5 grind like I do, you know its a treat to leave the office walls for a lunch break.
they’re professionals. for reals. Think I’m being a smarty pants? Haha, but really, they know the perfect recipe to use #BlendYourVeggies so that you can #DrinkYourVeggies.

I am thinking carrot, kale, pomegranate, pineapple sounds yummy!
Caitlyn
Oh this sounds good! I don’t think I’ve seen pomegranate on their menu, I vote for this to be added!

Let’s do strawberry, banana and spinach. That’s my favorite way to “eat” my spinach!
Caitlyn
Yum! Yum! Yum!

I also love smoothies, Caitlyn! I don’t usually have them when I am out, but I often make them for breakfast 🙂
