Give And Grub:::Giving Back to Tampa Bay

Give & Grub is new in town — and is here to stay! [for good reason ;)]
Everyday, thousands go hungry in the Tampa Bay area.
My amazing blogger group, the Tampa Bay Bloggers, got a chance to try them out and learn more about the organization last night.
Although I was running on less than an hour of sleep in two days, my heart said go — and I’m so glad I did!
It’s the simpliest of concepts — with the biggest impact.
Give & Grub is a local food truck that you will be able to find at Amalie Arena during Lightning Hockey Games on select Thursdays and Saturdays, along with spying them at local businesses during lunch time to enable employees to do two things —- get gourmet food and give back at the same time!
It is very easy to give…
Buy a meal.
Request the Give And Grub truck.
Use #GiveAndGrub on social media.
[ just found out…during the event,
with the help of the Tampa Bay Bloggers,
our social shares contacted 2,800 meals!! ]
Now isn’t that easy?
By doing one of those three things, the Laser Spine Institute donates one meal.
They give back every Friday at two schools, going between Hillsborough & Pinellas county.
Also, once a month they join together with the Boys & Girls Club; here they donate five meals to each child — and they get one that day — so six meals total!
Quick details about the gourmet meals to enjoy…
Each meal has a special name and is tied to The Tampa Bay Lightning.
Bishop Bowl
Callahan’s Mac Slam {ahhh-mazing!}
Cooper’s Candied Burger
Hat Trick Chicken Sliders
Hedman’s Steak Tacos
Chicken Parmkos Sandwich
Slap Shot Chicken Salad
Steak Sandwich w/ Sweet Potato Fried (still to be named!)
Visit HERE to find out when and where you can
catch Give And Grub next!
And use #GiveAndGrub too!

*As a member of the Tampa Bay Bloggers, I did receive the opportunity to attend a tasting with Give And Grub in exchange for my review and social media love. All opinions are my own.

What a great cause. I'll have to look for them when we're at the arena next time.
