Yes, I’m being that simple & vague. Along with my #armparty, wearing my loves on my clothing is cute…and very effective. More times than not, I am asked about what is across my shirt — whether it be my blog name or a specific fitness program, it always catches someones attention.

Really. Only if you’re super crazy. One word. Tattoo. Yes, I have a tattoo from my blog logo, #noshamehere. But, you gotta be crazy like me, super duper dedicated, passionate as all get out, and proud of your accomplishment. And I’m not the only crazy one, runners and Ironman finishers do it too!

I saved the best for last… the absolute best way to share your passion is by making time, setting time aside, making sacrifices to make your passion happen. Make it a priority. Fuel it the best way you know how. Setting time aside will be missing that fave TV show or saying no to something fun. It’ll be putting in the time in sickness & in health..you know what I mean.
Yes, wear all you can, share when you can, showcase your passion in the cutest way. But remember what fuels it … YOU do. Keep YOU at your best to make YOUR passion happen.
