As a Tampa native, I feel it as my upmost obligation to show visitors the best time, the best water views, the best seafood…you get the picture. I have my list of places to take my fellow travelers and now have another restaurant to add to my list!
*appetizer: Ahi Tuna Sashimi
BEACH Bar & Restaurant is a familiar spot with a new name, new menu and the new place to be. Having visited the location previously, I was eager to return and thy their freshly updated menu items and the amazing view — plus share why restaurants with a water view just rock.
*Grouper Sandwich sans bun, I wanted room for dessert!
the view. You can’t go wrong with a waterside view, a little sand and a sunset. BEACH is perfect for all three; located at Rocky Point, you’re at the perfect location for sunset, a calm water view, and a little sand if you need to dig your toes in.
*Ashely’s treat, Beach Burger, with a fried egg!
live music. Whether it be beachy tunes, the latest hit, or even a DJ — music can always enhance your experience — for a day visit, date night or Sunday Funday.
*appetizer: Filet Mignon & Chorizo Skewers, delish!
the freshness — outside & the seafood. The salty air accompanies the view, but fresh seafood is aplenty in Florida, and in my opinion, is best when enjoyed on the water! *At BEACH, every Friday night you can enjoy *all you can eat crab legs* for only $29, let’s just say Jay enjoyed them!

my tips for enjoying BEACH: *Sit outside to enjoy the water view and breeze [keep in mind it might be a little louder of music selection, but not too loud you can’t chat it up]. *Wanna stay all day? Do it! You can enjoy the multiple bars, sand volleyball, live music, the beautiful view & chill vibes. *Order the seafood! You won’t be disappointed. Plus, order your drinks from your table too. 😉 *Check them out on Facebook to keep up to date on concerts and special events — Ruby Rose was just there this past weekend to DJ it up! *Set those reservations via OpenTable, maybe even mention you want a waterside table. *Plan to have a relaxing, enjoyable, delicious meal with a view. Plain & simple.
